This is my third template release. It took me approximately 1 week to accomplish this. I hope you'll like it.

This is it! The Scrap Paper template. This template is so far the best among my templates. It took me 2 weeks to make this.

You may of course, as always, modify my templates. Don't forget to send me the modified one :). Throw me some comments.

The title may sound corny but I cant think of a name that would fit. Take a look at the screenshot.

This almost made me hate CSS. Well btw you are very welcome to modify it. It would be better if you send me a copy of the modified one. It took me approximately 5 hours to do this and if you are wondering why it is numbered as #0003 is because I used the first one for my computer project (and it looks strange on IE) and the second one failed. But I might decide to post the PSD version of those first two templates soon. If you want a PSD version of this template email me and I'll be glad to send it to you.
